Motion by Gail Sobel for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 11, 2016, and to compel Beth A Ross to make certain payments in the sums of $3450 and $2,090.

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
