Application by the respondents Kerry A. Delaney and Colleen Delaney pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 10, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of the respondents Kerry A. Delaney and Colleen Delaney to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 2, 2016, and the brief of the respondents Kerry A. Delaney and Colleen Delaney must be served and filed on or before that date.
