On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 17, 2016, which assigned an attorney for the child Johnny on appeals from a money judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated March 20, 2015, three orders of the same court, one dated June 23, 2015, and two dated August 24, 2015, and a judgment of the same court dated August 25, 2015, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the address and telephone number "343 Manville Road, Pleasantville, NY 10570, (914) 946-1981 (ext. 103), " and substituting therefor the following address and telephone number "222 Mamaroneck Avenue, Suite 302, White Plains, NY 10605, (914) 358-9520."
