ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated November 9, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 17, 2016, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 4, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "January 4, 2017."
