Motion by the respondents-appellants on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 13, 2015, and appeals from two orders of the same court dated September 15, 2015, and November 7, 2015, respectively, to strike the brief filed by the respondent 622A President Street Owners Corp. and to disqualify D. Bunji Fromartz as counsel for the respondent 622A President Street Owners Corp. on the ground that D. Bunji Fromartz does not have the authority to represent the respondent 622A President Street Owners Corp. on the appeals and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as the respondents-appellants do not have standing.
