Motion by John Barry and Raymond M. Weinstein for leave to renew their prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated September 30, 2015, which affirmed, insofar as appealed from, a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 8, 2013, which was determined by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 10, 2016, or, in the alternative, for leave to renew their prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 10, 2016, which was determined by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 8, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
