Motion by Vinod Patel for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 24, 2016, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 23, 2016 , or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court. Cross motion by the plaintiff to preclude Vinod Patel from making any further motions in this matter, except with prior leave of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
