| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated November 26, 2001 (People v Spragion, 288 AD2d 498), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered August 13, 1999. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated June 8, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
