The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Richard Wilkins, Appellant.

Motion by respondent for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Rye, Westchester County, rendered January 7, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated June 6, 2016 (52 Misc 3d 72 [2016]). Separate motion by appellant for leave to renew and reargue the decision and order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that respondent's motion and appellant's motion are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
