Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 29, 2016, or, in effect, for summary reversal. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 21, 2016.
