| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered March 18, 2015, and an appeal, by permission, from an order of the same court dated November 10, 2015, for the issuance of a judicial subpoena duces tecum to direct the District Attorney and the appellant's trial counsel to produce certain "informal discovery," to enlarge the record on each appeal to include a certain investigative report and the "informal discovery," and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for the issuance of a judicial subpoena duces tecum and to enlarge the record are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect each appeal is enlarged, and assigned counsel shall prosecute each appeal expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.1, et seq.) and written directions.
