DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent Steve Daskawisz, also known as Steve Dash, to direct the appellant to serve and file a supplemental record on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, one entered August 24, 2015, and one dated December 11, 2015, containing the papers filed in opposition to the appellant's motion for leave to renew and reargue.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before December 15, 2016, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the papers filed in opposition to the appellant's motion for leave to renew and reargue.
