On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 7, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 29, 2015, and two judgments of the same court, one dated November 25, 2015, and one entered January 15, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto."
