On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 9, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated May 22, 2014, and an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the same court dated July 22, 2014, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto" and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto."
