Appeal by Toni Santamaria and cross appeal by Joseph Santamaria from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 21, 2016, and separate appeals by Joseph Santamaria from a decision of the same court dated November 18, 2015, and two amended decisions of the same court dated December 10, 2015, and December 15, 2015, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals by Joseph Santamaria from the decision and the amended decisions are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509).
