| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 8, 2015, November 18, 2015, and June 20, 2016, respectively, to stay enforcement of so much of the order entered June 20, 2016, as directed them to produce certain closing statements, and to calendar the appeals from the orders entered May 8, 2015, and November 18, 2015, with the appeal from the order entered June 20, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the trial is granted, and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of so much of the order entered June 20, 2016, as directed the appellants to produce certain closing statements is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals from the orders entered May 8, 2015, and November 18, 2015, with the appeal from the order entered June 20, 2016, is granted, the appeals will be heard together, and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date.
