On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated November 14, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 16, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the name "Hannah T. R." and substituting therefor the name "Soya R."
