Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on September 18, 2015,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Carrie L. Smith, Esq., sworn to November 2, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 3, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 14, 2016, and inserting in its place the date December 2, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 3, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 29, 2016, and inserting in its place the date December 19, 2016.
