DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 18, 2014, to seal the appendices, briefs, applications, and motions previously filed by the parties, the original papers constituting the record on appeal, and any future papers and motions filed by the parties.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to seal the appendices, briefs, applications, and motions previously filed by the parties and the original papers constituting the record on appeal, are granted, the appendices, briefs, applications, motions, and the original papers constituting the record on appeal, previously filed with this Court are deemed to be filed under seal, the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall seal this material, and this material shall remain sealed in accordance with the order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 18, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to seal any future papers and motions filed in connection with this appeal is denied without prejudice to seeking that relief when such papers are filed.
