Application by the respondent Town of Goshen pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, both dated January 15, 2016. Separate application by the respondent County of Orange for the same relief.

ORDERED that the applications are granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until January 3, 2017, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
