Appeals by Leylon Dey from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 1, 2015, and September 28, 2016, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Jacob Silver, Esq., dated November 3, 2016, it is
