DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate motions by the respondents New Yorkers Together and Teachers for Todd, inter alia, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from an order to show cause of this Court dated November 5, 2016, and pursuant to CPLR 5518 to vacate a temporary restraining order in the order to show cause which restrains New Yorkers Together from taking certain actions.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
