ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 16, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated October 5, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Family Court, Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part)."
