Northern Leasing Sys. Inc. v Gary Kollars & Car Wash LLC
It is Ordered that plaintiff-appellant's motion seeking to enlarge their time to perfect the appeal is granted on condition that plaintiff-appellant perfects its appeal by no later than the March 2017 term - the filing deadline for which is January 11, 2017. In the event of plaintiff-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, defendants-respondents may move on five days notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
