| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to correct the appellant's brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated April 2, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before December 28, 2016, the appellant shall either make the corrections specified in the moving papers to the copies of the appellant's brief filed with the Clerk of the Court or serve and file a replacement appellant's brief that contain the corrections; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, on or before January 27, 2017, the respondent may serve and file a replacement respondent's brief, if the respondent be so advised.
