Motion by the petitioner to direct that "[j]udgment be issued" to her on the ground that the respondents' answers were untimely, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of mandamus and prohibition, which was determined by decision and judgment of this Court dated September 28, 2016.
