| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Eric Nelson to direct the appellants to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain letters dated January 9, 2015, and January 21, 2015, on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 23, 2015, and an order of the same court also dated June 23, 2015. Application by the respondent Eric Nelson pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before December 19, 2016, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the letters dated January 9, 2015, and January 21, 2015, annexed to the motion papers as Exhibit C; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent Eric Nelson's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 3, 2017, and the respondent Eric Nelson's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
