On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that these appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 13, 2014, March 20, 2014, March 28, 2014, and April 8, 2014, are stricken from the general calendar.
At the Civil Court's request, the record on appeal was returned to that court on June 15, 2015 and has not been re-transmitted to this court. In May 2016, appellant was advised that, if the record was lost, he would need to move in the Civil Court to reconstruct the record. The record has still not been returned to this court.
