Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 16, 2016, or, in the alternative, to direct the respondent to place the sum of $400,000 in escrow if it sells or pledges the subject premises as security, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
