| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 31, 2016, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 5, 2016, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the judgment, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before October 5, 2016, and to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated August 5, 2016, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "October 5, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "October 11, 2016."
