Application by Anne C. Casson, as executor of the estate of Peter J. Casson, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated January 15, 2013, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Peter J. Casson, and to amend the caption accordingly.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, Anne C. Casson, as executor of the estate of Peter J. Casson, is substituted for the deceased respondent Peter J. Casson, and the caption is amended accordingly.
