Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 3, 2014, and an order of the same court entered June 4, 2014, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 11, 2016, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
