| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to waive the filing fee on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 13, 2015. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 25, 2016, the motion was denied and the appellant's time to pay the filing fee was extended until October 11, 2016. The appellant has not paid the filing fee.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
