Motion by the respondents-appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including discovery and trial, pending hearing and determination of appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 12, 2015, and October 29, 2015, respectively, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated May 10, 2016, and to consolidate the appeals and cross appeals from the orders dated May 12, 2015, and October 29, 2015, with the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated May 10, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals and cross appeals from the orders dated May 12, 2015, and October 29, 2015, will be calendared together with the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated May 10, 2016, and the appeals and cross appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date.
