Motion by the appellant to stay his eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 10, 2015. Cross motion by the respondent to impose a sanction upon the appellant and the appellant's counsel, and for an award of costs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
