Joint application by the respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 23, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a their respective briefs is enlarged until January 30, 2017, and the respondents-appellants' briefs, including the points of argument on the cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date.
