Application by David Rosenberg, as executor of the estate of Shirley Ann Riker, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 15, 2014, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Shirley Riker, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, David Rosenberg, as executor of the estate of Shirley Ann Riker, is substituted for the deceased appellant Shirley Riker, and the caption is amended accordingly.
