Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time of the plaintiff-respondent and the defendant-respondent to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 18, 2016, and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 3, 2017, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is otherwise denied as premature.
