DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Donald J. Bongiovi for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Bongiovi was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 13, 1983. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 6, 2003, Mr. Bongiovi's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and his name was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that on or before January 3, 2017, Donald J. Bongiovi file with the Clerk of the Court proof of payment of registration fee arrears incurred prior to his resignation, as well as payment for the current registration period; and it is further,

ORDERED that upon filing proof of payment, as directed above, the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Donald J. Bongiovi to the roll of attorneys and counselor-at-law, and Donald J. Bongiovi shall be reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law.
