It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent, 118 Equities, LLC seeking the dismissal of the appeal is granted unless appellant fails to comply with the following condition. Appellant is to serve and file the supplemental record and post-trial memoranda from both parties on or before December 14, 2016. No further enlargements of time will be given. Respondent's brief and, under separate cover, respondent's trial exhibits are to be served and filed on or before January 5, 2017. Appellant's reply brief, if any, is to be served and filed on or before January 13, 2017. The appeal has been calendared for the February 2017 Term. In the event appellant fails to comply with the foregoing condition, respondent 118 Equities, LLC, may move, on fie days notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
