Motion by respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered April 11, 2016, for failure to prosecute. Cross motion by appellant to impose costs and sanctions upon respondent. On November 15, 2016, the appeal was withdrawn by application.
