DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Appellant, v Maria F. Gonzalez, Respondent.

Motion by appellant for a writ of error coram nobis for an extension of the time to file an affidavit of errors on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Suffolk County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, entered February 24, 2016. Separate motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to serve and file an appellant's brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to the coram nobis motion, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for the purpose of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion for a writ of error coram nobis for an extension of the time to file an affidavit of errors is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is dismissed as improperly taken (see CPL 460.10 [3]; People v Smith, 27 NY3d 643 [2016]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion for an enlargement of time to serve and file an appellant's brief is denied as academic.
