Separate applications by Source Builders & Consultants, LLC, and Victims Information Bureau of Suffolk, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 6, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted to the extent that the time of Source Builders & Consultants, LLC, and Victims Information Bureau of Suffolk, Inc., to serve and file their respective answering briefs, including the points of argument on their cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until January 30, 2017, the briefs of Source Builders & Consultants, LLC, and Victims Information Bureau of Suffolk, Inc., must be served and filed on or before that date, and the applications are otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the brief of Ventre Fire Protection, Inc., and Capitol Fire Sprinkler of L.I., LLC, including the points of argument on their cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), shall be served and filed on or before March 2, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the brief of Roland's Electric, Inc., shall be served and filed on or before April 3, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief of Guy Graziano shall be served and file on or before May 3, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply briefs of Source Builders & Consultants, LLC, and Victims Information Bureau of Suffolk, Inc., shall be served and filed on or before May 15, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief of Ventre Fire Protection, Inc., and Capitol Fire Sprinkler of L.I., LLC, shall be served and filed on or before May 30, 2017.
