Separate applications by the defendant-respondent Congregation Mesamche Lev Lincoln and the defendant-respondent National Life Insurance Company pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 19, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted to the extent that the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until February 6, 2017, the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date, and the applications are otherwise denied.
