DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Bonnie Spence-Burke from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 16, 2015.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Barbara H. Kopman, Esq., 1400 Old Country Road, Suite 409, Westbury, NY 11590, the attorney assigned to represent the child by the Supreme Court, Nassau County, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the child herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Judiciary Law § 35, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child:

and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before January 19, 2017, the new attorney for the child shall advise the Court in writing whether she is adopting the brief filed by the former attorney for the child, and serve and file a supplemental or replacement brief, if she be so advised; if the new attorney for the child fails to comply with the foregoing, the brief filed by the former attorney for the child will be deemed adopted by the new attorney for the child.
