Application on an appeal from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County, imposed June 15, 2007, and an appeal from an order of the same Court, dated February 28, 2012, to withdraw the appeal from the order dated February 28, 2012.
Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties and the appellant dated November 29, 2016, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal from the order dated February 28, 2012, is deemed withdrawn.
