DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, entered February 23, 2015, and for leave to serve and file an oversized brief containing 26,534 words.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until January 4, 2017, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file an oversized brief containing 26,534 words is granted to the extent that the appellants may serve and file an oversized brief containing 18,000 words in accordance with the determination of the Clerk of the Court pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.10.3(e); and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied.
