Appeal by Administration for Children's Services and separate cross appeals by Lorraine H. and Christopher B. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 26, 2016. Appeal by Administration for Children's Services and cross appeal by Christopher B. from an order of the same court dated September 28, 2016.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the respondents-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective answering briefs, including the points of argument on the cross appeals, on or before December 28, 2016 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
ORDERED that the attorney for the children shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before January 30, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioner-appellant-respondent shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before February 10, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective reply briefs, if any, on or before February 21, 2017.
