Motion by the appellants, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 2, 2015, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-00005 and to hold in abeyance appeals from 26 orders of the same court (8 entered December 2, 2015, and 18 entered December 4, 2015), pending determination of the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-00005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-00005 is enlarged until January 23, 2017, and the record or appendix and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that all of the above-referenced appeals except for the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-00005 are held in abeyance pending determination of the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-00005.
