Motion by Donald P. Burkhardt on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated July 18, 2016, for leave to appeal to this Court from so much of the orders as declined to determine his request to extend his time to appear or compel the acceptance of a pleading.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals purportedly taken as of right from those portions of the orders dated July 18, 2016, as declined to determine his request to extend his time to appear or compel the acceptance of a pleading, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
